5 days in Portland

Finally I have a moment to sit down and look at the pictures I took of my trip to Portland!!! It has been so crazy getting settled in Hawaii. Justin and I have been busy doing something everyday all day. The first day we got here we hunted for apartments. The next day we got bank accounts, wich was a hassle. First we needed a local bank accound to get a cashiers check for the apartement deposit, but the bank needed a physical address in order to give us accounts. Luckily the banker was nice and gave us accounts anyway. We only had a hotel for 2 nights, but the apartment complex said it could take up to three days to get us approved.. yadda yadda yadda. Needless to say we got the apartment! yay, and we have been over comming obsticals and getting acclimated to our new home. Which isn't that hard when its 85 degrees outside and you can see the beach from your bedroom window! Yes it is awesome here, but enough about that for now. I want to share some pictures from my trip to cold and foggy portland.

Of course I had to visit the Rogue bar while I was there. My sister Shannon and her bf Steve took Justin and me.

It was Justin's frist time, so we had to get samplers. yum yum! Chipolte Ale is my new fav.

We got to spend some time with my neices, who are SO cute. Elora played the flute for us and Caitlyn showed us all her toy puppies :) Justin and I even got to meet Steve's cutie-pie kids Eric and Ella.

Even though I was really cold, I was prepared with lots of warm clothes so it wasn't that bad. I got spend time with Justn's family. They are so awesome! Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures of his parents, Vicki and Scott, but they were super nice and made me feel at home.
Here is a pic of Nolan Justin and Roxy pretending to be fairy princesses

There was a lot of frosty-ness one morning due to all the fogg that had frozen the night before. Everything had a little dust of frost on it, even the spider webs.

I don't want to forget to mention all of Nolan and Justin's buddies I met. They were also really nice and fun to hang out with. It was nice to chat with folk that love trees and wierd environmental theories. No pics of them though :(

And last but not least this one is for my bff Seanna.

More pics to come of my new place and new life. We start work tomorrow. ON CHRISTMAS. But its cool, we don't have to go in until 12:30. Plus we already celebrated with our families :)

I miss all y'all. txt msg or call me anytime now! Lianne, please play with Stoli. and Mindy and Chris please take are of Coby :)

Gotta get back to working on my tan!
ALOHA
